Todd Shelton operates a different model than conventional clothing brands. Products are made in-house in the United States to individual specifications, then sold and serviced directly.
Prices reflect the cost of domestic manufacturing, incremental fit options, and direct customer support.
The main collection goes on sale once a year, for five days, from Black Friday through Cyber Monday. The discount is exchanged for deferred delivery into January and February. Customers who accept the delay help the factory manage its heaviest month.
Periodically, fabrics outside the core collection are offered as a factory run sale. The main collection is not included. Factory run balances capacity at the factory to keep the floor running consistently. It is not tied to a calendar or a revenue target.
Returned and exchanged products are sold twice a year, in July and December, at clearance pricing. Clearance funds a generous exchange policy on made-to-order garments. Without it, orders would be final sale.
No other discounting occurs.
